Online orders always late. Took an hour after pickup time for it to be ready. This happened multiple times. For some reason they... start the order when driver is there to pick up so they have to wait forever for them to make and cook it. It makes drivers looklate because there system is bad. Read more

After waiting 1 hour for my order, when I get there for taking out, my order wasn't ready ????. A person who worked there tried... to give me someone else's order ????. After clarification, that person gave me 2 options: cancel the order or wait another 20min....dang....The reason for one star it was another person, very nice, who brought me the order in about 12 minutes. I like pizza. Been to a lot of pizza places. Bellagio's used to be the pizza the grown ups could afford, when we were in college... - and it feeling like a treat stuck. The crust is awesome and their types of pizza are rich and filling - a little goes a longway. Oh and the mouth-feel. We really like the Margharita, but their basic cheese with thin crust is rad by itself. Easy contactfree delivery, pretty well adapted website for mobile. Good stuff, folks. Read more
