Terrible experience. I came at midnight and the entire staff all decided that they wanted to take a break together and not cook... or serve anyone. Ali had no option but to leave. It was the Racist Waitress for Me. my 2 Children and Myself wanted to grab a Bite at Our usual Eatery. When we came in, The... Tables we're Dirty so we waited until they were Cleaned. Our Waitress "IVY' informed us that the grill was being Cleaned. Andhad to wait an additional 10 min before She can take my Order. I said ok, she brought us Water. I tried to give her our orderwhile we wait for the Grill to get Cleaned. And she said No. 5min after that. 2 Caucasian couples and A Caucasian man by himselfwalks in. And she turned Polite and Helpful. She got them their Drinks AND TOOK THEIR ORDER. AND CALLED IT!!! Then she comesback to my table with An Attitude. Not with the Same Energy She had with the Other Customers. ???????? When I Asked her why, sheGave me a bunch of B.S. Nevertheless 3 people Got their Food First that Came in After Me. After 25min I Finally got my FoodAfter I asked for a Manager. I lost my Appetite and Tried to hold back my tears in front of my Kids. Stopped by for a quick to-go order, otw back to the hotel... Walked in to order, and discovered that G and Kool-Aid are the... Dynamic Duo!! G took and called out our order to Kool-Aid, and Kool-Aid rocked it out on the grill! G even made sure we receivedcondiments, utensils, and extra butter for those Waffles, yum!! The food was truly Waffle House's A++ Game!! Y'all, I'm so gladthat we stopped by this Waffle House, instead of the one closer to the rooms.
