I order here from time to time for my parents and I, I like there shrimp mie/ho fun
Horrible customer service. Would give them 0, but cannot post a review to warn others. The order was completely wrong and when... called to nicely have it corrected, the woman on the phone attempted to yell at me for their mistake and the driver would notgive me change for the tip. Will NOT be ordering from them again. Obviously they do not value their customers or even make aneffort to correct their mistakes. Read more
This is our go-to spot for Chinese takeout. I don't recall any major issues, and we have been customers since they opened. The... price point is excellent, and I usually get two meals per dinner. If I feel a cold trying to set in, I order the hot and soursoup and curry, which feel like they help my immune system fight it. Completely unorganized. You are never told the wait time on the phone and when you go to pick up your order there is no one... there to greet you, you have to stand in this dirty, cool entry way just waiting for someone to pop out of a makeshift barrierto take your payment and throw your food at you. The process takes about 10-15 mins and you end up waiting all while your foodis just sitting on a table next to the divider. Total waste of time and unnecessary confusion just open the inside of yourrestaurant. Read more
