Menu for Bamboo View in Tucson, AZ

We received the door hanger a few times, and we usually go to Peking Palace , but we don't wanna go out so we thought we would... try this place since they deliver. Very poor customer service over the phone. Once we received the food , everything seemed tobe great, except the 2 pieces of hair in my husband's food. When I called to Report it, the owner wouldn't get on the phone, She rather told the lady that took the order to tell me that this never happens and she wants proof, so she demanded that I takea picture and send it to her cell phone. The food was overpriced and mediocre. The owner never apologized, she just saidshe'll credit me for the one order. We will stick to our regular place. Very poor customer service. Read more

Went with a Groupon expecting average food and service, but to our surprise, the good was great and the portions were large, had... enough leftovers for another full meal, the kids liked it too which is hard to do. Took a few extra minutes but the freshnessof the food made up for it, will wait for fresh food any day over a quick premade order of food. Will be going back again soon. Read more

Stopped in because i forgot to give a review when they had opened. Went during a busy hour, many locals from the immediate area.... Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was average. Price is made up for with quantity. The food arrives very hot which issomething i can appreciate. Quality ingredients, overall the food was good. Like the chinese restaurant they replaced, this onehas good quality takeout which im sure will be popular. May come back with a friend. Read more

Waited on delivery for about 30 min when quoted 20min max... we called and checked on the delivery. After stating that we wanted... to pay over the phone instead of when it was delivered to our door, and you have my address on file still correct. We were toldto give our card number again and they charged for a delivery fee!! Seriously your person who answered the phone took 10 min totake a smiple order then messes up which type of order it was you want to charge more for delivery!! Update about an hourlater... So not only was half the food(full of meat) leaking and leaked all over food for a vegetarian. They also didn't bringan item we order and we are now forced to wait an hour and a half for the item. I am also sick from the egg drop soup which Icould distinctly taste the metal from the pot which tells me it was the soup from the bottom of the pot... No apologies for anyof what's happening.. never again. Won't be ordering from here. I never updated on anything. So not only was delivery and hourand a half, then they didn't have 2 more items that were ordered. We then had to wait another hour and a half to get those otheritems! The next day all of us(6 people) got very ill and couldn't go to work. When I called to speak to a manager the next day Iwas told that there were no managers(on a Saturday) and never got a call back. Food is absolutely delicious and fresh made. However the reason I give 3 stars is that the staff could be a little more... efficient. Sometimes I (or my party and I) are ignored for quite a while before we have to flag down a server. Also I do a lotof take out, and a lot of condiments are not put in esp. when assured about it. I really like this place, again great food, niceatmosphere and really quaint so I hope this review can help. Read more
