Stingy with toppings. We ordered two pizzas, 1 hand tossed and 1 square pan with EXTRA TOPPINGS ($1.79 FOR EACH PIZZA) and they... came with a scarce amount of toppings. The total for the order with a pint of ice cream was $38. And on the hand tossed pizzas,look forward to 2 inches of crust all the way around. Have made a note to avoid this chain in the future, and seeing how onelocation already shut down, I can see others have too. We called back and after speaking to 2 different staff members, we werefinally transferred to the manager who was unresponsive to any criticism. My Coworkers and I eat pizza from here a lot. We love the deep dish!!! Last week we did have a bad experience with a wrong order... and customer service. Johnny did say he was sorry and that he would make it up to us! A week has gone buy and we ordered again.He did make it up to us and more!!! Everyone makes mistake and buy owning up to them defines you as an individual and what kindof human being you are. WORST customer service skills by "general manager" Johnny and staff at this location. If you have a "policy" in place this... should be apparent whichever way someone is placing an order whether via phone or online and NOT when a long time customer goesto pick up their order. Staff is not their to argue with a customer and then refuse to give names of employees who were rude, toavoid a customer from making a complaint. Lost a customer for horrible service! Read more

The food was very good, though the service left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Upon the arrival of the pizza person, I... received a call that they were here and out front, but there was no house with the inputted address on the street. I clarifiedthe address number, and he told me that it did not correlate with the one on the receipt. The block he went to was only 2 blocksaway, though he said he would need to call the store to confirm. He called back and said he could stop by since he hadn't hadany more orders, but when he showed up he proceeded to reprimand me in what I perceived to be a standoffish way for typing theaddress in wrong. I gave an extra tip for his troubles, and what I assumed was my mistake, until I checked the address I had putin online. Which was the correct address. Read more

Originally, the great prices and excellent location brought me in but the staff has always gone above and beyond with service.... The night shift staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful.
