My favorite Italian restaurant in the area. For me, this even includes more expensive alternatives. Everything I've ordered has... been delicious. Stand outs for me are the gnocchi and tortellini. Staff are professional and quick even when very busy. Read more

Food was excellent and portions were larege for the price. Our server was very attentive and had an appropriate number of... tables. Appetizers came out quickly with the perfect amount of wait before our entrees. The bell pepper sauce with the aranciniwas delicious. Read more

Botega Michelangelo had been on my list for awhile (we are new to Tucson). Last Sunday we finally went there for dinner. Making... a reservation online was easy. We we went in I was impressed by how nicely set the interior dining area is, as well as the patioseating on the back. Our food was excellent in taste and presentation. The appetizer portions are much more generous than atother restaurants, so much so that we had to bring home half of our main entrees. I had the calamari as appetizer and it wasdelicious, my husband had the mussels in tomato and white wine broth and it was very good too. I had the Beef Braciola for mymain dish, excellent as well. We'd definitely be back and try the outdoor seating. Read more

Sooo tasty!! Definitely would recommend. I had the shrimp tortellini which was BOMB. My family ordered the lasagna, salmon,... chicken and risotto and there were no complaints! We topped dinner off with the chocolate decadence cake and it was delicious… clearly. Drinks were really good too. Staff was friendly! Read more

I was super excited to try this restaurant because it received great reviews, however I was disappointed. The ambiance was great... and it was very busy for a Friday night. If you decide to go, definitely make reservations! I ordered the gnocchi and that wasgood- the portion size was huge! I ate on it twice. My boyfriend got the beef braciola. He got that because our waitress said italways sold out and was super popular. He just thought it was okay. The sauce was bland and didn't wow him. The bread youreceive before your meal is amazing! The olive oil/balsamic had minced garlic which gave it a nice twist. Overall, we weredisappointed. The food seemed average for Italian food. At this point, I'm not sure if we will be back, as we want to try otherplaces. Read more
