Not sure who has been making the pizza lately within the past few months. But I come here because you guys have THE BEST sauce... flavor in that pizza. It is literally so close to NYC pizza. It is delicious. But for the past few months EVERY TIME we order(1x every 2 months when I pms). You guys make the pizza with ZERO sauce. I?m basically eating cardboard with cheese. That?sabout it. And I recently started asking for marinera sauce on the side so I can dip it in (which is sad). And then I get chargedextra for the sauce ..... Anyway I?ll change my rating when I see that change. Absolutely horrible experience, pizza was an hour and a half late delivery, the wrong pizza, no toppings, and ice cold. we... offered too drop it off too be replaced, she said don't worry about it, she'll cover it another day. Well today is that day, themanager on duty Jake, would not help, nor do anything for us other than pay for the pizza toppings... The 1:50 pepperoni. We'vebeen longtime fans, and lovers of this restaurant, but this experience has left a horrible taste in our mouths. Horriblecustomer service, I would like too say, when our pizza first arrived, and was incorrect a manager named Hannah helped uscomplete, notated our situation, and was extremely helpful and caring, and made us aware we would be taken care of. Easily the best pizza in Tucson and one of my go to pizza places since I was in college. The white pie is also a major favorite... of mine that I highly recommend.
