In the timeless words of Stephen Colbert, what I order ?is potato,? so maybe that?s not the go-to dish here. The taste is great,... but I would love to see some consistency with my delivery orders ? I?ve had a hungry portion served as regular (and vice-versa,to their credit), had orders show up with no BBQ sauce (of all things to forget), and found the single-serving side orders wayoverpriced. Disappointment strikes again!???? It's been several years since our family has eaten at Brushfire BBQ. This recent experience... was almost as negative as our first time @ the Campbell location. The ambience says "Barbecue", but the food does not. If I hadnot checked my to go order before leaving the store, I would have been more irritated and let down. The customer service wasgreat upon entry through picking up food. We paid way more for our 3 person order than most BBQ restaurants in Tucson. Our beefribs were dry, no flavor to them and no evidence of being smoked or slow cooked. The brisket looked liked and tasted like roastbeef. The Mac & cheese was awful. The baked beans were the best part of our meal. The corn on the cob pieces were unseasonably.Everything we ordered was cold in temperature. Needless to say, we'll not be returning. ???? Read more
We got the food in a very timely manner! And It was good only reason there isn't 5 stars is cause my teeth hurt from chewing a... couple pieces of fat or bone. Otherwise for my first BBQ place it wasn't a bad choice and I'll go again. Read more

Been here a couple of times. Always enjoyed the food. Staff is always nice. We waited to sit outside as it was getting cooler at... night, but they couldn't get the fire tables working. We tried two of them. So we ended up inside. Also, the food was kind ofcold when we ate. One member in my group sent it back to get it reheated. I would have liked to as well, but was too hungry towait. Other than that everything was good. Would go again. The meat combo was a good value for portion I received. And it wasdelicious. Read more
