The employees named isreal and patricia are bad for business. The way they talk to customers is like they are straight from the... hood. I can't believe i was treated that way. I had a police officer come and deal with the situation. They were going to makeme leave without my food or a refund. They laughed, smiled, and waved good bye with so much pride in what they were doing. Theofficer went inside and spoke to them. The employees said in band. Band because i waited and complained. The worst ever. Bad service. They don't get your order right. The GM is not service oriented. Once you have a complaint they... basically say "Check your order when we give it to you." Rude people and understaffed. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to place an order and even though the lady making the... french-fries saw me she never acknowledged the fact that someone would take my order soon. The only other guy that was there wastaking orders at drive thru window. When I finally asked the lady if there was anyone taking orders at the counter she was veryrude and said that I would have to be patient that there was only two people there.
