The manager here is the rudest lady ever, has an attitude and talks down to you.

I've had good and bad experiences at this location. But today was a very good experience. And it was very good over a very small... gesture by the very sweet and polite young lady Alex behind the counter. I went in and had to purchase gas. Finished mytransaction with her and politely said I have a small request/question. I told her my wife had bought me 2 of my monsters fromthe other Circle K down the road but they had just been stocked and were warm. I ask if it was possible if I swapped them outhere for 2 cold ones. Without any hesitation she politely said yes of course with a big smile. I grabbed 2 warm ones for my carand showed them to her still in the circle k bag and swapped them out for the cold ones. Made sure they got put behind theothers for them to have time to get cold. The small gesture by Alex is the reason I will come back to this store even after someof the worst experience I've had here by other/former employees. Thank you Alex Read more

Today was such a disappointment here. I went in tried to make a purchase but my card was not working, I asked Sheryl (I think... that's how it's spelled) if I can try again. She rudely said "NO". I asked if she know why it wasn't going through she rudelytold me "nope it doesnt tell us why!" I tried asking about cash back and only got rude remarks... And she even tried to get herCo-worker to joined in as she mocked me for not believing her ???? all she got was a look. I will not be returning to thislocation... should have known when she stormed in talking about how she "can't stand" a customer. As i left she was yelling atme. Must pay inside which meant a huge line with one clerk. They require an ID and the credit card to use Apple Pay. What? Clerk was... nice enough but between that and the janky handle that wouldn?t unclick on the nozzle I won?t be back. Read more
