Their Amazon locker?s screen was black and malfunctioning when we arrived. Politely asked the very unprofessional young girl... cashier inside Circle K for assistance when she threw her arms up (acting offended) and said nothing she can do about it andstated they just park the boxes on the premises. Offered zero advice on what to do and left me standing there. She ignored me tohelp the customer behind me instead of offering any advice besides ?contact Amazon.? I asked if she could call her manager forhelp (because maybe he would know since she didn?t) when she stated he ?didn?t answer.? Here?s the thing. Even IF Amazon ?parks?their boxes on your premises, you should be aware on what to tell customers regarding incidents such as these, or any equipmentin general that malfunction. It?s not the duty of a customer to know what to do and hence we ask for guidance. Once sheabandoned me at the counter, I left to go look at the box one more time and low and behold- theres a CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONTHE BOXES THEMSELVES. So if any future customers can?t access your important packages, just call the number instead of wastingyour time asking the girl in the front who has no interest in helping you. I went in at 9pm to pick up some last minute items, when I was horribly disrespected by the staff of this location. They simply... locked the doors and poorly placed a vague sign up.
