We waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes after ordering our food. Some hot items were cold by the time we received... them. Our beverages had been consumed prior to receiving our food after waiting so long. My burger was soggy and fries wereundercooked. Fish plate was part for the course. Definitely was not one of our good experiences @ Culver's this time around.Management was apologetic and provided discounts on return visits. The restaurant is clean, and typically very nice to eat at. Culvers is always welcoming younger/experienced staff with a great... place to work, and even better customer service. I enjoy the diverse menu and cook to order persona. I have noticed a bigincrease with the staff attitude and training.
