The food is decent, if a little over-priced. The restaurant is smallish. It has about 25 tables, including outside. and there... was only one waitress. Even with help from the hostess and busser...it was too many tables for one person up front, and I haveno idea if they had enough people working the kitchen. Seating every table caused a slow-down in service for everyone. Ourbasic enchiladas, tacos, and soup took over an hour to get to our table. It is better to ask people to wait to be seated even iftables are empty, then make a waitress try to handle a full restaurant. People end up waiting either way.... Read more

We went to El Coronado on a Thursday evening, much later then dinner, around 7:30pm. The restaurant was somewhat empty, you... could sit anywhere. The staff was good, not great but got the job done I'm all for hiring young employees but just make surethey don't slack off too much when the boss isn't around... I don't think they were around. The food was good, we love the chipsand salsa. I'd like to go again, around an earlier dinner time and report back. I have a feeling I'll give El Coronado a betterreview then Go try it! Read more

Did not like the food or drink. A simple lemonade tasted aweful. I ordered two stake tacos and it had way too much cabbage and... the steak was too salty. The flower tortilla was old and tasteless. The plate came in Hot but the waitress failed to warn us, Igot burned with the plate. I left most of the food on the plate and vowed never to go back. Chips and salsa was awful too. Read more

Service and staff was not only awful it was non existent once we sat down. The restaurant was not busy or crowded and there was... plenty of staff if they would have been paying attention to "paying" customers as opposed to talking to and flirting with eachother!Food was horrible and prices were too high for food I couldn't even chew. We had burritos, the shells were dry, chewy andrubbery. We might have complained if our server asked how it was or stuck around long enough to hear our answer. Obviously, wewon't be returning nor recommending to any of our friends. Read more

Usually a great experience. Staff is great food is always good, but sometimes takes a little longer than it should. Just wish... they were open on Sundays, we'd be there two more times a month if there were. Read more
