As a long time user of this establishment I'm no longer buying items from Potosino, how can a breakfast burrito double in price... in the last year and become smaller? it's not because the prices have gone that much for eggs, bacon, cheese and tortilla towarrant such an increase, it is ridiculous. I NEVER leave bad reviews. I usually suck up and eat the food. If I could give this place negative stars, I would! The NASTIEST... burrito ever! The fries were soggy and not even cooked! They were old for sure. NO SEASONINGS! my dog has better food..... don'twaste your money! The last 3 times I've come here, the young lady has given us such a hard time. Real short and rude. We alsohad a meat lovers and there was 1 little piece of bacon and a bunch of eggs. Couldn't taste the Ham or anything! TAKE PRIDE INYOUR FOOD! PEOPLE PAY FOR YOUR FOOD! Used to like this place until I met Hilda's (the owner) daughter. She's very rude, short and way too entitled in her... position. You're not above people because mommy owns fhe restaurant. I normally don?t post unless there?s something wrong with a company and i give credit when it?s due. But how can a simple bean... burrito be $7.50 and a meat burrito be in the same range? Disappointed that they did this too a long term customer that onlycomes for a simple bean burrito. I love this place. We?ve ordered here regularly for over a year, primarily Sunday mornings. We have a large family and share... everything: I?ve never tried anything that I didn?t love. The service is fast and accurate. The carne asada burritos arefantastic, the breakfast burritos are delicious, the nachos and rolled tacos are awesome. The red salsa has a nice kick to itbut I absolutely love the green salsa. It?s so flavorful. Personally, I find the prices are totally fair. I see a lot of reviewshere complaining about prices but compared to other shops and the size of portions here, these prices are totally reasonable.Everything is climbing in costs and even though restaurants buy in bulk, distributors don?t always have competitive prices, oravailability on a day to day basis since the pandemic started. It?s very difficult the last 2 years for restaurants to priceaccordingly with massive fluctuations in food prices/what?s actually available.
