First visit, ordered food with a few other people. One order was completely wrong and another order had hardly any fillings on... one side of the burrito. Went a second time alone and was provided taquitos with cheese and no guacamole although I had askedfor the opposite. Still, thought I'd give it one more shot, this last time again got the wrong order and after eatingexperienced upset stomach from what I ate. Will not be returning... EVER. Food you cook at home will likely be tastier and atthe very least, will more than likely not result in upset stomach. Read more
BAD EXPERIENCE: To be honest I wouldn?t of given 1 star to this place! A couple months ago I ordered food through their drive... through. Went up to the window & waited about 10 to 15 minutes. No one came to the window. I went inside & told them I waswaited outside & no one came to the window. Lady told me the girl went to lunch who took my order. She pointed to the girleating @ a table. I let that situation go & went home. BUT TODAY I ordered food through the drive through. I gave my order &wanted 2 ground beef burritos with onions & cheese & some other items. Lady taking my order repeated what I ordered & I told herno that I wanted 2 ground beef burritos with onions & cheese. And of course my other items. She said ok. Went home & my orderwas wrong!!! I went back & brought everything that was in the bag. Explained to the cashier that I didn?t receive my 2 burritos.They talked with each other in Spanish. They were making my burritos & I asked 3 times who took my order? Lady @ the counterwouldn?t answer me. I finally got my food. I asked her again who took my order & she pointed to a girl (employee) eating herfood @ one of the tables. It was the same girl who took my order a couple months ago. Recently got food in the drive through here, the girl ?forgot? to give me my card back and by the time I realized I didn?t have... it, there was another purchase immediately after mine for $42. When I called the store, the woman who answered said they hadn?tfound a card and immediately hung up. I called back, and this time they said they had found a card. When I went back to pick itup I asked if they could pull up transactions to see how this could have happened or how they managed to refund it without mepresent- I was reassured they ?can?t even do refunds? on their registers by the woman working and their manager who didn?t speakEnglish. After going back and forth for a while I was told I would have to return to speak to the manager in person who wasapparently only there during hours I am at work, they were ?not allowed? to give me a phone number. Anyways, a while later I goback. The girl in the drive through always appears to be in a bad mood. This time she forgot to give me my soda and responded inannoyance when I asked for it. I went back again tonight. Same girl working the drive through as my last two experiences, stillappearing to be a bad mood. I paid for a meal and this time they forgot the additional taco I asked for. Worst fast food restaurant of all time. Average food, below average professionalism and stayed in drive thru for at least 30... minutes. My wife is nicer than I am or I would have let them have it in person. I will NEVER go back...I wish I could give itzero stars. Read more

This filibertos location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Ive been a huge fan of filibertos and always recommended them as... my favorite mexican food spot. Last time I visited this location I ordered 4 tacos. Got home and find out I was only given 3.Tonight I ordered the number 9 carne asada steak platter and instead of getting a carne asada steak as the menu shows I recieveddiced up carne used for burritos. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location. Best locations to visit are on grant and alvernon and the location on Tanque verde. Read more
