I gotta say this store is a much nicer built place the employee wee nice but I'm giving 4stars for the food. Honestly there... wasn't a person in the place and the lobby was anything but clean and my significant other said that the restrooms werefilthy. If the ladies would just wipe some tables down and sweep up regularly the place would be awesome. Other wise thank youJack for such great breakfast food. Read more
Always friendly staff, readily allow Senior discounts. Manager is EXCEPTIONAL! Very nice, friendly. Even good to my dog that... always goes with me everywhere. Ordered a caramel ice coffee that tasted disgusting and a number 27 I ended up throwing up because the sausage patty wasn?t... thoroughly cooked. Definitely won?t be coming back to this location at all. Plus the young lady who runs the drive through inthe morning lack?s great customer service/ lack?s patience and she always closes the window to soon when people are stilltalking to her. We tried the Double Bonus Jack combo after seeing it advertised. Essentially the sandwich is two patties, cheese slices and... thousand island dressing with lettuce and a pickle. It should be good. It wasn't. The patties were overcooked and shriveled. Thecheese was barely cooked. The lettuce was past its due,off colored. The fries were way too salty. I liked the Fuse iced tea andthe price of dinner. The customer service was okay, tables were dirty though. I don't recommend them. I think they have gonedown hill and that's too bad.
