My daughter and I came here for dinner. We arrived about 7:05, ordered at 7:16 and didn't receive our order until apprx 7:55pm.... I understand they may be under staffed. The staff themselves were friendly. The first thing the cashier said is "we don't haveany eating utensils" which really sucks because that means I couldn't get the Original Recipe meal and sides I came here for soI settled for 4pc strips and fries and my daughter get popcorn chicken and fries. There were no kids for the drinks. They didntinclude the biscuit in my daughter mean but pleasantly gave her one when she asked. The gave us just 2 sauces lol. I mean, Ineed almost a while sauce per strip. When i asked for more she mentioned that she put them in the bag, which she did, but itdefinitely wasn't enough haha. The chicken itself wasn't very hot. The fries were actually cold to the touch. It's cold in thelobby. One of the 2 entrances was barricaded off with a bright orange sign above it that reads "doors must remain unlockedduring business hours ". One guy came in and stood in line about 10 minutes before leaving. I love KFC but this location needsdrastic improvement. I'll probably try it again in a couple years. Read more
I do love KFC. Not only is their chicken delicious, but so is their coleslaw. Yummie! After my Mom had her first colonoscopy at... age 74, the first place she wanted to go to afterwards was KFC. Lol! When we arrived the drive thru was closed due to repairs,so we went inside. Mom was still a little loopy. When we ordered I asked her twice what it was she wanted and her responsesurprised me. She bellowed out, as loud as she could, with an additional hand slap on the counter for emphasis, "I want abreast!" An employee came out from the back and said, "I guess she really wants a breast." All of us burst out laughing and hada great time. My Mom had a tracheostomy in December of last year as she was struggling to recover from Covid during her monthstay in the hospital. Since the removal of the trach, her voice sounds quiet as a mouse. So to hear this little white-hairedlady proclaiming her love for KFC breasts was off the chart ???? hilarious. All the employees gave her cudos and thanked her formaking KFC her first choice. Mom then yelled out, "This is my favorite place!". ???????? She was a big hit. Read more
I orderd online so I could just stop and pick up my order. I came in a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready. And it... still was not ready. At first Nobody would even acknowledge me. Not even a we will be right with you. Then after a few minutesI was told we will be with you. I finally asked about my order and was told it was being put together. At which point I wastold they did not have the chicken I purchased in crispy and they could give me all dark meat to complete my order. I paidalmost 50.00 for crispy mixed white. I had no time to wait for them to give me what should of already been made so I had toexcept it. I was not compensated or given anything to make up for the meal I paid for but did not receive. This location ongolflinks and kolb is a mess and the customer service is bad. I had bad service before but tried giving the benefit of doubtonly to receive the same bad service. Read more
I honestly hate this place. It's my second time coming here and my last. We like our chicken extra crunchy it's 8:30pm so still... enough time to make them our way since they close at 10pm. They basically forced the original on us and wanted to give ustenders instead. I know it ain't McDonald's to make it our way but man what's the big deal on making some extra crunchy ones...that's their job! I didn't even want to argue, they definitely look like the ones that will spit on your food. I do have toadmite the cashier guy seamed cool and trying to get us what we wanted by asking the "cook's". Food was so so, but the staff were great. It was a once in a while meal, everything had gone way up in price... It was 2x more... than the last time we went in, and we had to drive across town.
