I went into McDonald's on Broadway Across from park mall After church, My daughter's was working a double so I thought I'd see... if she wanted anything, All she wanted Was Tea Have sweet half regular, I thought I'd surprise her and at least get her acheeseburger cause she didn't want to eat. It was disgusting ???? , I asked for extra Pickles onion big Mac sauce, A littleBurger on a big bun, 2 pickles, Maybe 3 little onions, And a tiny Squeeze big Mac sauce in the corner, I'm glad I opened itbefore I left, I asked for a refund I was told McDonald's does not give refunds, I am happy I only ordered the cheeseburger, canyou imagine if I ordered more food how terrible it would have been prepared , people are eating this anyway how desperate canthey be, They took the So called cheese Burger back, The woman yelled back remake will guess what they didn't remake anythingthey threw it in the microwave and gave it back to me I looked at it she wouldn't give me a refund , I came home and gave themeat to the dog and threw the rest away. Couldn't even give it to my daughter I was embarrassed. She was working a doubleshift. Anyway never again , McDonald's where's the beef where's the onions where's pickles, What happened to the big Macsauce, I may seem petty but it's food and they advertise on TV having everything look so thick and full when the Burger is sotiny, A couple other people wanted to return their food too but that didn't happen, NO REFUNDS AT MAC DONALDS ???? P.S I shouldhave took a photo Of the cheeseburger. P.P.S Oh by the way I went to a McDonald's on Broadway n Camino Seco when my grandsoncame to visit me in 2018 guess what? I still have that Big Mac in my freezer made the same way as that cheeseburger was madenothing on it. Read more
Disappointed: waited 10 for my meal, fries room temperature. Dinning area NOT serviced; tables not wiped (had to asked and the... person left standing water on the table. I used napkins too wiped the excess water) and the floor was not sweep of trash. Read more
Drive thru order- Got too filet o fish burger and this is how I got the creamy sauce on a corner . The sauce is what makes the... burger taste so good. So disappointed with the service. Read more

The staff is nice and sufficient. However the chain seems to not fill up the fries box. If I'm paying for large fries I expect... it to be to the top. Lately every one I've been to under serves. It used to be sticking out of the top. Kids like fries and itshould be full. Also the process is long and complicated to order inside. You have to order at a kiosk, then if paying cash,then wait to pay a person the cash. Then they won't let you fill up your own drinks at the fountain where we like to mix oursoda flavor or tea flavors up. Read more
