Best Mexican food I have EVER had! My husband hates Mexican and loved it. It?s home cooking Mexican not a restaurant version.
Nana?s Kitchen is probably my favorite place to dine or enjoy a drink with friends. The food is always great - no kidding - but... that?s just the beginning. The family that owns and operates the restaurant are just the warmest, friendliest people! If you?reinto fine bourbon, Marco (who is one of Nana?s sons) is an expert with lots of knowledge and a great way of introducing you tosomething you haven?t tried before. Almost everyone who works there is a part of the family, and their dedication to therestaurant and their affection for their regular customers makes this place a great experience no matter when you stop in. This place is amazing. The food was very tasty. I had the beef chimmy. The salsa was very delicious. Service was a little slow,... but the place was packed and our server was very attentive to us, making sure we had everything we needed. This is a place that was a wonderful find for us! The chips, guacamole and salsa were great. In fact the salsa was excellent!... Our food was spot on and our drinks were also good. After dinner we talked to Marco at the bar and discovered his knowledge ofbourbon was excellent!! They also have a wonderful selection of bourbon available here.
