Don't order from here online because it won't be correct and they won't do anything about it.I ordered a pizza square cut, it... wasn't then said there was no special notes. There is an option to pick how you want it cut, but they didn't care. I orderedthe Alfredo bowl and went in veggies and deleted onions and spinach, but they were In it. Sent my son to pickup an order of 3 large pizza's. One of which I SPECIFICALLY ordered for my grandson who is autistic and will... ONLY eat alfredo with cheese. I repeated it 3 times to the guy taking the order to make sure it was right. Well they didn't getit right as you can see, it doesn't have alfredo sauce. I called the store. The guy that answered said that the order didn't saywith alfredo and when I requested the name of who took the order, they don't have that information and when asked then how willthey fix this, he said they won't. I asked for a manager and he yelled for SCOTT. A GIRL took the phone which after explainingthe situation stated that they were right and they would not fix the mistake. I tried talking calmly to her then I got a littlelouder when she said she didn't care!!! That did it, so this review is for my grandson who has the right to get his favoritepizza, even though no name took the order and the "manager" didn't care even though I paid for the pizza. Read more
They have a chicken Alfredo bowl , I was under the impression it had noodles . I called the store to discuss the matter . The... first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund,however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place ! Unfortunately we had already ordered a epic stuffed crust anddidn?t want another pizza . Which then she asked us to give her a second to hand the phone over to her manager . When the ladypicked up the phone She never said her name , however started to make us aware of their no refund policy . Then decided totell my bf how it was his fault for not understanding the online menu . Give you , her tone was very condescending. When my bfgot upset and felt insulted , corrected the lady. Saying, ? what is your name ?? In which she replied,? It?s my policy I don?thave to give you my name!? When my bf asked for corporates number . At that point she hung up on us. Strongly recommend against. My experience? I ordered for delivery 3 topping cheese pizza, heavy sauce. It was delivered with... light sauce and cheese only. I called for a redelivery but they were unable to find my number. Once they were able to find myaccount they were unable to find the order just delivered. I returned the uneaten pizza to them and but they were unable toreturn my money. I can always eat pizza somewhere else. I recommend THAT. Read more
