Papa Johns is pretty good... HOWEVER... within the last 5-6 years or so it seems as though something changed.. and idk if it's... the cheese or dough.. I can't quite put my finger on it so to speak, but it seems to be different than it used to be. In thebeginning of our Papa Johns Journey you could tell that you were ordering some near gourmet food which made it more acceptableto spend the extra money vs. frozen pizza or other restaurants. Everything had a higher quality taste that it just doesn't haveanymore and the prices didn't go down to compensate the change. It's still good for the most part. Waaay better than LittleCeasars or Hungry Howies, but it lacks the love that it used to have. Read more
For those going here as customers: Enjoy your pizza. It's a good place for inexpensive pizza and the ingredients are excellent.... Plus they help homeless people with free pizza if you make a small contribution at purchase. That is worth going there byitself. Wonderful company with a heart for the less fortunate. You can't beat that in tough times If you're going there for ajob:. Stay on top of your earnings and paycheck. They will try to short your tips and your paycheck. At the end of your shifttake your tips in cash because the debit card they use won't make your money available for at least 4 days after your shift. Ifonly they were as respectful to their employees as they are to their customers they would be a perfect place to work and learnthe restaurant business Overall they're about average.
