The manager of this place has a history of arguing with customers and today she went overboard. Overheard her arguing with... customer about pizza order and this manager was a real jerk to the point that this manager refused to serve the customer. Iwalked out as this managers attitude sucked. The manager has absolutely no customer service skills to work with the customer. Imnot visiting this establishment until this manager is reprimanded, demoted or fired! Totally unacceptable behaviour! I use to love papa murpheys. The service was fantastic but the pizza came out absolutely awful. I followed every instruction... for baking as I have every time in the past. But the pizza came out burnt on the outside yet somehow the dough was completelyraw and when I tried to remove it from the tray it completely fell apart. At one point I tried to put it back in to cook thedough more but it just wouldn't cook. Not to mention the Ingredients which are normally fantastic were awful. Like I said Iuse to love this place but I don't know if I want to go back after this. Read more
