**UPDATE FROM 1 TO 5 STAR** unable to go back in right away as we were out of town, we went back about 4 days later and we're... fortunate enough to get the same manager, Amelia, We explained to her how our experience had been and what the food was like andshe was very sympathetic and empathetic and willing to credit or remake the food with no hassle at all. We definitely recommendthis restaurant as their policy clearly concerns customer satisfaction and their staff represents that. The location is cleanand the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that regardless of the number you call, you are passed on toa call center. When I called, the representative placed me on hold (without asking,) to contact the location in question andnot only never got back to me but disconnected the call. **Original review** Me and my wife order P?Zones online; we each gotextra pepperoni and extra cheese and this is what they look like?
