I've tried many Mexican fast food places in Tucson and I'd say this was the best so far. I had chicken enchiladas with beans. ... When I said I couldn't eat the rice they gave me double the beans. I just stopped to try this place out. Ok this is so yummy. Today's special was three taquitos for under $3. My food was... crunchy hot and delicious find the perfect amount of cheese on top of each taquito with a side of salsa to eat. I think this ismy favorite lunch stop now. Read more
EDIT: I went back about a week later and got some take-out. Mostly same crew as last time. They were 100% better than last time.... Very friendly and was helped right away. Didn't sit down but at quick glance it looked cleaner too. Good job! First time at aRiliberto's. I was out and about and decided to stop in for lunch. I got 2 of their Street Tacos. Although they're a bit small,they make up for it by stuffing them full of meat. For $1.49 each you just can't beat it. The tacos are topped with onion andcilantro. I got a side of Pico and some red and green salsa to add. Honestly, the tacos were really good, and like I said,they're so cheap that it's a great deal. The reason I didn't give 5 stars (the food deserved it) was the service. I stood at thecounter for several minutes (I was the only customer inside). The order taker was standing over by the drive thru and didn't seeme, while the 2 people in the prep area saw me but didn't acknowledge me or let the counter guy know I was there. Also, theyneed to do a better job of cleaning. They weren't busy at all and the tables all badly needed to be wiped down. Plus there waspieces of food on the floor from previous customers.
