Sauce is definitely my favorite place to eat in Tucson! The sauce in grant road is managed by the nicest most amazing person... ever (Brandon) and he has been with sauce for at least 10 years since he was a server at the Broadway location! Brandon isextremely dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction who even caters to "rowdy" customers (like my dad unfortunately). Every bite is as good as the last here. The bruschetta appetizer was divine and the chicken ceaser pizza delightful. This was... the perfect last stop for us while in Tucson and we were so lucky to find this gem of a restaurant. The staff were so kind andclearly take pride in their food. Sauce is so undeniably delicious! and everyone that works there is kind, quick and patient. I had a table of 20+ and the... waitresses understood my specific instructions and on top of that everyone's food was delivered quickly, we arrived at 530 andwe left before 7pm and I appreciate that so much! love this place! We ordered our pizza off the menu, with additional toppings(3 additional), and when it came out the gentleman (Brandon)that... brought it said there was a possibility it would be soft in the middle because there were so many toppings. He said to let himknow if we didn't like it and they would re-make it. We assured him that it would be fine, but upon tasting it, it was way toosoggy everywhere. We asked them to cook it a bit longer but he insisted that they completely remake it. We received the remadepizza within 10 minutes and it was perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing.
