Twice now, I've had things missing from my order... The first time I was lucky enough to notice before getting to work. And was... able to go back and get the missing egg bites I ordered. But today I made it all the way to work before I noticed that my bagelwas dry, when I ordered it with creme cheese. I know that this location must have staffing issues, as they no longer allowpeople in their store. But this is becoming consistent. This location will no longer be my go to, which is really disappointing. I order ahead and give them plenty of time to get my order correct. It's a shame. Read more
Fast, friendly, funny and drinks are always delicious. Also, the drive-thru looks to be the only one successfully built to... accommodate a giant line. Starbucks sucks at that, amongst other issues with their business model. The employees are the onlyreason they're we successful. TREAT THEM RIGHT :) Read more

This policy that Starbucks has about escorting you to the bathroom instead of giving you the code so that you can go to the... bathroom when you need to is barbaric and asinine.
