Good drinks and they bring in some of the best Vegan pastries in town. I appreciate the attention to detail. While not the... cheapest they spend the time to explain and get exactly what you want to you. They help navigate through what to some needy beunfamiliar options and are observant. Great place! Cozy environment and worth the money! They have unlimited veggies and are very friendly and service is great.... Limited selection as opposed to places I've been in states closer to Asia. Don't have my favorite cow tongue but the spicy meatsare great! I'd go again considering it's in Arizona! Read more
I just wanted to write an honest review so that the employees can use this as constructive feedback. I get boba here all the... time but the last time I went there I found a moth in my drink. I don?t know how the employee making my drink didn?t notice themoth inside of my cup. I?m guessing the moth flew into my cup since the cups are open in the back area without any covering?sothat leads me to believe that there are flies and moths in the back. It?s disgusting because I took a few drinks before evennoticing it. When I came back to show the employee the dead moth in my drink, she didn?t seem to care. Her lack of empathy forher mistake rubbed me the wrong way as she just simply offered to make me a new drink as if it wasn?t a big deal. I?ll also addthat previously before this moth incident happened, I found a piece of plastic inside of my drink which led me to avoid thisplace for some time. I think there could be better quality control. The employees need to have better attention to detailbecause how do you not notice a dead moth inside of my cup when pouring the ingredients into the cup to make the milk tea?! Theyalso need to have more consistency. There?s times when my boba drink will taste delicious and other times when the flavor willbe off with a weird after taste and the boba will be stale. Read more
