Horrible experience at this wingstop location. We got the wrong order through uber eats. I've worked in food service I... understand that things happen it's just a mistake. So I call the location and ask to pickup my correct order. I'm then told thatthey are unable to give me the correct order due to "food cost" and my only option is to go through uber eats again. Uber eatsdoesn't redeliver the order my only option through uber eats is a refund. I tried to explain that I wouldn't refund the order Ijust wanted the correct order and can bring in the wrong order but was told again that this was impossible due to "food cost".Imagine going to eat in person and receiving the wrong order and then going back to the counter due to it being wrong and beingtold your only options are refund and they can't remake your order due to food cost. Absolutely ridiculous and I have a hardtime believing that is wing stops official corporate policy. Read more
terrible time. I ordered wings at 4 and weren?t done until 4:53. I couldn?t gotten laid quicker. The service was terrible on a... monday night. They were all hysterically laughing and not making any effort to cook. Very rude. Read more
Food is good, but pricey. Fries were burnt, but still edible. Make sure to take a jacket with u if you eat there. It was cold... inside. Was told they can't touch the thermostat that it was ????. Went to get a to go box and saw the employees eating whilecooking/preparing food. To me that is a major no no. Read more
