Ordered a pork fried rice & they made it chicken. Guy came to me & told me he made it chicken instead of pork and if it's okay I... said "well I wanted pork so not really" so he said he'll add pork into the chicken and make it chicken and pork... Isn't what Iordered but I wasn't upset over that part I had earphones in my ear but I wasn't playing music so I could hear when my order wascalled and when my Food was done they placed it on the counter and they started saying to each other how rude I was thinking Ican't hear because I have AirPods in. Had the pho and used a coupon. It was pretty good but the steak my husband had in his was a little too much fat. I had the... shrimp pho and it was good but hardly any shrimp in it. More noodles than anything else. The spring rolls we had we amazing andHUGE! It was our first visit and we didn't realize how close it was to the university. The restaurant has no parking of it's ownand there is only the public garage parking available to park anywhere near it. Also, it is very small inside, but they haveabout 5 outside tables to sit at. Wok Fire Grill was definitely better than the other pho place in Tucson, but wasn't as good as what I am used to in California.... My daughter-in-law really enjoyed her pho with chicken, my son's both had pho with steak, and I had pho with BBQ pork. Theprices didnt seem to match the value, but it could be a reflection of the increase in gas prices. Also, the online menu pricesdidnt match the posted prices in the restaurant. The service was great and they had a movie playing for our viewing pleasure. Iam looking forward to going back to try their stir fry. Read more

Customer service is always excellent here! I eat here once-twice a month or so and every time the food is great. I normally get... the create your own fire bowls and even tried the pad thai and pho. Food is always fresh and piping hot! Read more
