We came in pretty late for a Wednesday with a party of 5. It was a short 20 minute wait. We had new servers that did a great... job. Our food was delicious. We were the last table in the restaurant, and didn't even know it.... because we never felt rushed.Thank you for the great dinner! Read more
Upon arrival hostess informed me wait time would be 35 to 45 minutes. Because new place to try, my members were willing to... wait. Received text message of reservation. At the 35 minute mark, the hostess, in an apologetic manner said that due to shortwait staff, my family meal time may be even long (possibly another hour). Being that the place was new to my family, we decidedto wait. Within 5 minutes after the hostess had informed my family of the new wait time, she had announced we have a table;then proceeded to seat my family. The waiter came to our table about 5-10 minutes after being seated. Was tremendouslyfriendly and all smiles. He took our order…. Food was great! Only reason for not full 5 stars, is the fact that wait time tobe seated due to shortage of wait staff. Read more
Service was great! Our waitress was outstanding! You can always count on the food tasting exactly like Old Spaghetti Factory... style…just like it was 40 years ago the first time I went to the San Diego location. It’s not the best, but you don’t gothere for that…it’s the memories…our family has enjoyed visiting multiple locations over the years! Read more
Weird that they only take a few reservations, then it's pretty much take your chances and wait at the door. Hostess on the... phone wouldn't even let the kitchen or wait staff know we had a large party coming. Once we arrive we're told it would be atwo-hour wait. Would have left, but it's our birthday girl's favorite place. Turned out the wait was just over an hour. Onceseated, our server, Melissa, was phenomenal. She handled all the orders, kept our drinks full, and oversaw all the orders asthey were delivered. Across 16 dinners, there was only one mistake, and it was minor. The overall experience was great.
