I placed an online order for carryout and asked for the pizzas to be ready in an hour from the time I placed the order. I never... received a confirmation email, so I called a bit after placing the order to confirm that the restaurant had received my order.They confirmed my order after speaking with an employee. I arrived to pick up my order and I was told that my order wasn'tready, not only was my order not ready, my order wasn't even in the process of being made. I double checked my pick-up time andsure enough it was 5 minutes passed from the time I had asked to have my order ready. I had a small window to have my orderready, and all the employee stated was that they had a lot of orders that needed to be ready at the same time. Which Iresponded, if you knew that you had all these orders to complete at the same time, why not inform the customers that you knowyou have no chance of having their orders ready on time that you will be late. At the end I was just issued a refund and Ididn't even receive an apology. I understand that things happen, but what doesn't make sense is why you wouldn't pick up thephone and let your customers know that their order won't be ready at the time requested. Especially the online orders. I don'tplan on ordering from this restaurant any time soon. Their inability to multi-task and have some common curiosity has persuadedme to go elsewhere from now on. I've always loved their style of crust and have had many great pizzas from this location.
Pizza was really delicious. Nice crust, fresh ingredients and a tasty red sauce. 3.5 stars for me. I got served a flat nasty... tasting beer. Asked the gal who delivered our food to take it away. I wasn't offered a replacement or my money back. Aside fromthe beer the food was good. Service was a lil awkward from the the time I ordered Then the whole beer incident being completelyignored or remedied. Stick to the pizza and your good. Read more
Good pizza, the dough and sauce consistency is hit or miss, the combination was very tasty but the pepperoni didn't taste the... same. The ranch and drinks were good. The male manager w long curly hair and glasses was extremely helpful and very polite. I'dgo back just for the good customer service. Read more

Me n Ed's is simply the best pizza on planet earth. Period. We eat here weekly and have been eating at Me n Ed's for 40 years... (including the Visaia location). The crust, the sauce...it's too good.
