Arrived 2+ hours before closing. We were both very hungry, and jonesing for pizza. It was a bit pricey, but had good flavors.... Didn't like that the employees were doing their end of the night noisy chores, making us feel like we were keeping them therepast closing time. They establishment was way under staffed. Leaving the lunch rush to one person. Seriously, one person. She was doing what she... could. Making pizza?s for to go orders, tending the salad bar, being the cashier, and trying to keep up making pizzas for thebuffet. Mountain Mikes Pizza better give that person a big raise. The salad bar was good. And the pizza, other then super greasy was good.. the environment was bad. Dead cocaroach on the floor.... Mouse droppings swept to the side. They had just opened so there wasn't anyone really before us. They had old food on the sidesof the booth. Mouse droppings just swept up to the side of the soda machine.
