I got the original chicken sandwich, a rodeo burger, and fries and they were all bad. The chicken is mostly breading and not... meat, and the bread is too flakey and crumbles. The fries were flavorless, not hot, and too soft. Bad meal. Read more
Cashier seemed put out when taking our order since some of the burgers were requested without sone toppings (tomato, onion,... etc). Unfortunately, none of the burgers that we requested toppings be omitted were correct, not even close. Otherwise foodwas fresh. Some of the tables were dirty and/or had clothes in the booths even though no other customers were dining in at thetime. Overal though, this location has improved greatly in the last 2 years, but maybe BK should consider incentives, higherwages or something for employees. Better pay/benefits typically means better employees with better demeanors. I think it wouldmake a big difference in repeat customers. Read more
Dismal failure. Tried the app and ordered in the parking lot, with no other customers there on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm.... Transaction went thru fine, but both burgers were completely wrong and cold. Gross. Pathetic. $23 totally wasted. There's areason there were no customers. They might as well close this store and sell the real estate. Read more
Was caught in the rain while waiting in the drive through. The cashier was still very polite even though she was getting rained... on. Burger King please build a cover for your employees they show up for work give good service so you should protect them. Thefood was good also Read more
