Wonderful open air experience with the best Mexican food around. My food smelled so good I didn't take time to take a picture... before diving in. Every bite just enforced my initial response to the sight and smell of the food. This restaurant has been inbusiness for over 30 years and their food certainly justifies why. I'm going back on Tuesday for their Tin Pan Tuesday menuwhich has some items not on the regular menu. Read more
The food has majorly gone downhill. It?s very disappointing because the location and staff are so great. Hopefully they can... figure out there supply or whatever it may be, and get quality and flow or back on the menu. Read more
This place could be called ?pre packaged Salt: the restaurant?. The salsa tasted like Mateo?s jarred salsa and they used movie... theater nacho quality bags of tortilla chips. Guacamole wasn?t even mashed. Just chunks of avocado with big chunks of tomato. Queso tasted super stale but I could only eat a few bites because the salt content was burning my lips. My burrito was broiledon the plate too long that the bottom tortilla had burnt to the plate and was inedible. No big loss because the burrito itselfhad the flavorings of a solid attempt at recreating a frozen enchilada dinner. Also, very slow and sometimes very weird servicefrom the bus boys made for a very unpleasant dining experience. The salt amounts there are downright dangerous and you can find3 better Mexican restaurants just across the street. Read more
