I can't give a zero star. Just went to Charlie Chicken and spent almost $100 in food. I order Leg gravy and was charged for Lrg... gravy almost $6 for gravy. I asked at the window, everything in my bags and everything right? Response was Yes. Got home and noLrg gravy. Tried calling and phone just rings. No one every answered. If you're going to charge for gravy especially almost $6it's best to make sure it's in the bag. Not a happy customer at all. Read more
Now, I don?t normally leave reviews. But I got my meals and could see a dead BUG on the inside of the of my sweet tea. No... biggie, I?ll go and just get a refund. Allegedly, the manager was not there when I went back. The lady said she couldn?t doanything since the manager wasn?t there. Not one person apologized or offered anything to help this issue. So, unless you lovebugs in your meals, I?d avoid this place. Read more
