I really like the products that they have, but I always kind of dread going inside the lobby. The staff isn't the most friendly,... and I always feel like I am being rushed out, even when I am the only one in the lobby. Today I found a hair at the bottom ofthe bag of some donut holes. I know for a fact that it is not mine because I have very long hair, and this one is quite short!This Daylight is the nearest to my home and is convenient for my drive into work. It will probably be a while until I can goback. I get severely grossed out by stuff like this. Maybe it was my final sign that I need to start off my mornings somewhereelse. Read more
Donuts and wraps are good. Staff doesn't seem to connect with customers. I hardly get eye contact, which is disappointing. The... product is good. The service is not that great. :( Read more
My favorite donut place to go. Donuts are always fresh and good so I'm a proud customer ????.
Girls there are a bit rude, normal this doesn't bother me but the young girl acts as if you are bothering her by not being 100%... on want you want when you walk in. Also when she puts your donuts in the bag she doesn't put the paper in between so they end upsticking to each other. Lol typing this makes me feel silly however you only have one job ???? customer service sadly no longerexists, but you dont know what people are going through could make someone's day with a nice hello or smile. Instead they aretreated like they are bothering you. im sorry but work somewhere else if you can't handle getting donuts.... you could toss arock and hit somone who would love to just have a job. maybe you should hire someone who represents you're business better.
