F this place! The customer service was so bad and I waited about 20 minutes for an Açaí bowl and smoothie. With the South... Tulsa location closing down I am sure this one will follow shortly. The only notice we got with the South closing was a piece ofpaper on the door and the hours randomly changed! There was no Instagram post indicating this would happen. When I asked aboutthe closing the girl told me the location wasn?t a good fit anymore. Just admit the business is failing! How dumb do you thinkwe are? I?m visiting one of my dear friends and she raved about Ediblends knowing how much I love an acai bowl. The woman at the teller... was darling and accommodating for a substitution and a few add ons to the bowl. I was appreciative how sweet she was about itand left a large tip as a thank you. My friend got her bowl right away and I waited for awhile for my bowl. When I finallyreceived my bowl it did not have anything that I asked for, even though I paid extra for all this. I felt terrible andapologized and said this wasn?t what I asked for. The girl making the bowl gave me a dirty look and I just dismissed it andassumed she was having a bad day and I would just let it go. So I scraped off the things I wanted substituted in the trash anddisregarded it. My friend was furious and I was disappointed for I paid extra money for additions to my bowl I did not receive,left a large tip as a thank you for making the accommodations, and not receiving what I ordered and an attitude from the girlmaking the bowl. I?ve worked in the service industry for years, so I get it, sometimes the job can be rough and not everyone isgoing to have a great day. However, that was my first impression of the business and the behavior was really not professionaland that experience alone angered my friend, a frequent customer who works in Utica Square, enough that she doesn?t want to comeback. My bowl wasn?t what I asked for, but it was fine. The woman at the till was so lovely and charming and truth be told, sheencouraged the better review because she was just darling. I think it?s important to remember everyone has tough days, butmaybe not project that on others, especially to customers who are spending money at the place of your employment. Read more
Organic Vegan I go for the food and juice. The bagged Ediblend Crunch Granola is very good - awesome ingredients. Ediblend... makes this. My husband loves the smoothies, acai bowls, and energy bites. The energy bites sell out fast. I love theconvenience of grab and go! The food, juice, and energy balls are kept in a cold case. My favorite thing here is the cut upcarrots, celery, cucumbers, and hummus. This is perfect when I want a healthy snack in a hurry. The Bean Salad is terrific. The Hummus and Quinoa Bowl goes great on a wrap. The Kale Salad is very good. The food is healthy. Things sell out veryquickly at both stores. I wish they could solve this issue.
