The breakfast farmhouse bagel was good overall. But it was very sloppy and cold in the middle. As if it was from the freezer

Spent almost $30 on two sandwiches and two coffees. had the brisket breakfast sandwich and chorizo sandwich with 2 caramel... macchiatos. This is what they consider brisket? Definitely not what looks like the picture or advertised looks more like Pulledpork and they must have shaken the spoon on me cause WTH ! When I order BRISKET!! I want brisket !!
