This is a restaurant that is part of a culinary school. Most of the time the food is decent, it's a little too fancy for me. I... just want a regular salad not a raspberry vinaigrette with cranberries and almonds Etc. Had a terrific dinner? here. TL;DR: great place to eat. Food was terrific, staff was friendly and competent, and prices were... very reasonable! Full: I did not know until I arrive that it was part of the culinary arts school. I was worried when j arrivedand no one was in the parking lot. I was surprised to find that I was the only one here, the entire meal, but it was delicious.Like a dinner where I rented out the whole restaurant, only wish my wife was with me! Since it's part of the school I askedabout if they like it when people come or if customers are viewed as a nusence, he said they like it when people come because itgives them a chance to practice and show off their skills. I had the Quinoa Crusted Trout and Avacado Caprese Salad and theywere both amazing. Also included bread. All for under $25! If you live in Tulsa or Broken Arrow you are missing out becausethis is a hidden gem. Take advantage of it while you can, who knows how long it will be here or at least be very peaceful andquiet.
