Ordered a sandwich through the app, ordered it at 9:00 but to be delivered by 11:30. 12:15 and the sandwich still wasn?t there,... called the location to check on the status they said it was still at the shop and once they had a driver available they wouldhave it to me, I let them know next time instead of the sandwich being late I understand but next time to at least call when youknow it?s running behind considering I only have an hour lunch and should have made other plans. Called again around 12:45 theysaid sandwich was on its way. Wasn?t delivered until 1:30? TWO HOURS LATE!! They then called me and told me they would credit myaccount for $20 never received anything. Order wasn't made the way I ordered. As soon as I paid there was "a problem w the app". They didn't make it the way I ordered.... Couldn't be bothered w cutting it, and were rude when I called about it. No wonder there's no customers there when I go. Don'tuse the app. I paid over $12 for a slim sandwich that was literally roast beef, stale bread, and a couple slices of bacon Ididn't want. I don't think the location is doing well. Quality has noticeably suffered as their prices have gone up by 60%. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. ?Freaky fast? does not apply to this location. The workers are terribly rude and it... takes well over an hour for them to deliver. The bread is easily... their most notable offering, as it is consistently fresh, absolutely delicious, and has a flavor well balanced to their toppingsand sauces. And talk about speed!
