Going to this McDonald's has been frustrating both times I've had the misfortune to visit. Most recently, they abruptly stopped... taking orders in the second drive-through lane while it was full. They didn't tell anyone they were going to; they just stoppedanswering at that speaker and focused exclusively on lane 1. They seem to be completely confused by the McDonald's app and anyorders that issue from it. Clean place and as good as McDonald's food gets. The only thing is they didn't offer a receit by default through he drive... through. This makes it harder to hold them accountable. It's becoming a common trend. You shouldn't have to ask. Sadly without areciet July default I can only give 4 stars. Read more
Absolutely TERRIBLE service! They can?t get an order correct to save their lives, can?t even put the correct sauce in the bag.... We asked for spicy mustard and got ranch, paid for a basket of fries and got a medium. Then we were asked to pull past thewindow so they could get us a juice box. This is how I work, this is customer service at it's finest, building and establishing bonds with the customers, their children... and the community, alot of restaurants and other businesses have lost touch with this principal including us (McDonald's) Thislil guy and his grandparents comes in every Friday just to visit with me for over a month now like clock work and I always makesure he has the newest happy meal toy. The employees are slow, worst service I have ever had at McDonald's! One sandwich and I'm waiting 20 minutes now and I'm... standing at their front counter they can see me waiting and the store was not busy at all! The kid at the front counter keptapologizing for the shift managers and the crew, I politely told him that them being slow as all get out was not his fault hewas front counter! Won't be visiting again any time soon!
