This was my first time to dine here. It will not be my last! Our server, Kevin, was amazing. He answered questions and gave suggestions. I had the tacos de brisket, they were delicious. I also had the Skinny Mambo which was very good. So good that I had 2.

Don?t know where to even start?. Was really disappointed at our overall experience. My wife wanted a margarita so we had some questions about the different ones that they offered. The server was inexperienced, which is perfectly ok, so she brought over the bartender. He was equally clueless as well?we were asking about ingredients and he was more concerned with the caloric intake. My wife ordered a skinny margarita and it might have been the worst margarita she has ever tasted! We politely sent the drink back and stuck to water with lemon as it tasted much better. We decided to order steak and shrimp fajitas as our entree. When the food came, the plate was not sizzling as it probably had been sitting in the window waiting on a food runner. The tortillas were store bought (gross) and the shrimp were previously frozen baby shrimp, and the steak was 50 percent fat. We took a few bites and decided it was best just to chalk it up as a total loss and move along with the rest of our night. I showed the manager the plate of fat and said we displeased with our food and overall experience. He said he would comp the bill and we could be on our way. The bill came and it was for $12, which was the cost of the drink. The server mentioned that the manager would just charge us for that as he felt like he had to charge us for something! We will never go back and I would avoid this place if your looking for a good Mexican restaurant.

Definitely enjoyed the amazing experience that Kenny gave! His recommendation of the appetizer and drinks were the BEST! Definitely will be returning again.

I?ll be honest, the service has always disappointed me at the Mi Cocina in Tulsa. I was familiar with the Dallas location and LOVED it. Let me tell ya Tulsa, Mi Cocina has made some VERY positive changes. The service tonight was top notch. The Tulsa team has made major changes and the experience was far improved. Torrey, our server, was incredibly attentive and super kind. I will be requesting Torrey from now on. If you?ve been down on Mico like me, give it another try! You?ll be pleasantly surprised.

The bar has the same dark beer problem that almost every Mexican restaurant has namely they keep running out of dark beer. Yes, it's true, a lot of people in Tulsa tend to like dark beer. The margaritas amazed me because they were flavorful but didn't give me indigestion. I really liked that. Now for the food, it was very tasty. I don't eat rice anymore but they had a lot of substitute options and I chose stir fried vegetables to go with my salad and tacos. I ate every bite. Normally, I'd make two meals out of it but I just enjoyed this enough to keep eating it. They did a good job. Like most good jobs, it costs a little bit for that. I had an enjoyable time with good friends and the friendly staff though and that made it all worth it.

I rarely leave reviews, and especially not bad ones but I would hate for others to waste their money like we did today. We chose Mi Cocina for a special Mother?s Day lunch because of the great reviews but we were sorely let down. The food was not good whatsoever. The meat was very dry/tough to the point where it was difficult to eat and the white queso was very runny and bland. We were missing several items/sides that never came and the service was slow, which was understandable because of the holiday. Great atmosphere, decent service, not so great food.

Awesome place tonight they where understaffed and still knocked it out of the ballpark on service, drinks, and food. Will go back again for some more tasty ? food. Everything was wonderful. I would recommend to any friend from out of town. I wish I would have tokens some pictures but I ate it way to fast for the camera to have some. ????

Love the nachos and poblano cream sauce. Skinny margaritas are amazing! Kevin was our server and did outstanding! Very attentive and friendly! Gave us great service at a table while at other tables and running a full bar! Love that you can get the margaritas to-go !!
