Average*** I have been to the downtown location but since that is closed now, thought to visit the one at 61st and Sheridan. If... you have followed my previous reviews, you will know I am a great BBQ fan. As usual, I ordered the ribs diner here with 1 moremeat(hot link). The sides were sweet potato fries and spicy slaw. Exceeding my expectations, the food was ready within 2-3minutes and it arrived on my table. The quantity was ok but the standard of ribs and spicy slaw was not up to the mark. Theyadvertise the ribs as the "Best in America" but I wouldn't even dare to say "Best in South Tulsa" lol. Its because of all myexperience visiting other better bbq resturants in Tulsa. This experience was just average(not bad but not that great too).Sweet potato fries were awesome and that was the best part. Hot links were ok. So overall, its was just an ok experience.. Theprice was also bit high.. Read more

The best loaded bbq baked potato I've had at a BBQ joint. Great BBQ with large portions for a great price. The servers were... awesome and you never had to flag someone down to get assistance or a drink. Try the "Champion platter" to get a large sampleof all the meats and 3 sides. The loaded potato was huge and seasoned perfectly. Read more

I had very high expectations going in, but left a bit disappointed. We buy their bbq sauce often from the grocery stores and... thought we give them a try. We got the Carolina chicken sandwich, and the brisket and sausage plate with jalapeno hush puppiesand coleslaw. The coleslaw was not good. I only took a few bite and couldn't do it anymore. I've had better slaw elsewhere. The hush puppies were okay and probably wouldn't get it again. The brisket were chopped up and a bit on the dry side, but toodry for my liking. The sausage was good, but definitely had better elsewhere. The Chicken sandwich was very dry and not spicyat all. 3/5 because it isn't terrible, but wouldn't be my first choice for BBQ. Read more

The facilities were very clean and modern. They had ample choice seating between tables and booths. The staff was very friendly... and accommodating. Our food came very fast not much of a wait. Now on to the food. I had ribs with onion rings and hush puppies. The ribs were good, they were obviously on warming light or oven. They had a couple of dry pieces and a few very tender. Eventhe dry pieces I could easily pull off without effort. The onion rings were very good they were a thick cut but not huge ringswhich was nice. The hush puppies were jalapeno hush puppies but they didn't seem to have much heat or a strong jalapeno flavor. They were very good, I am a hush puppy fan and always get them when I get the chance. They were better than long John's but notquite as good as Bubba Gump's. Read more
