Regarding : Papa Murphy's location South Yale Tulsa, OK I called in and ordered 3 pizzas from the Yale location inside of... Reasor's. I arrived at 1900 to pay and pick up the pizzas. I paid with my card and after a $4 reward was due to pay $25.99.Instead, my card was charged $33.49. The cash register (receipt) read she owed me $9.50 change. I waited patiently while theworker called her manager on the phone to correct the problem. The manager suggested I write down my number and they give me a$4.00 credit later. I let the worker know that would not resolve the overcharge and she could make 2 other customers pizzasuntil she could figure it out. At 1942 I let her know I had somewhere else to be so she calls the manager again and they stillcouldn't figure it out. I suggested the worker either make me another medium pizza for $6.99 or give me a credit for $7.50 and Icould leave. The worker then stated I couldn't leave with the 3 pizzas I paid for. I was held against my will because a manageron a phone stated I didn't pay for pizzas and couldn't leave. I called my card to verify payment it stated payment had gonethrough. I told the worker this; she stated I can't let you leave because it didn't go through, and my manager is calling IT, soyou must wait. When the manager called back around 1952 she told the worker it was paid for and to give me $2 in cash and a $4credit. By this time, I had missed my appointment. Management nor the worker could figure out how to resolve the issue and Iwanted the $7.50 owed. The worker continues to tell me I was wrong and began to throw her tip jar at me; along with a customerthrowing money at me. I received no signs of regret for me patiently waiting for 42 minutes, holding me there saying I didn'tpay when I did and making me miss my appointment. Love the take n bake pizza, doesn't get any fresher than out of your own oven.
Great staff that day. Employee helped me get my many pizzas to my car. And the pizzas were great!
