I've been to this place a number of times over the years and it is my all time favorite place to get frozen yogurt. I have never... had an unpleasant experience with their staff in all of the times I've been here until today. I went in today around 12 PM andthe only greeting we got was a glance in our direction. I thought, that's kind of out of the normal, but okay. We grabbed ourcups and got our usual favourites and then we got to the toppings, I assume due to the pandemic the staff would previously putthe toppings in your cup for you, but recently that was removed I guess, which would've been completely fine if she hadclarified it at all in the several times she saw us there. We waited there as she stood behind the counter doing little tonothing and then we eventually had to ask if we could get our toppings, to which we were met with "oh, you get your own." with ablank face and no other acknowledgement as she went back to what she was doing and ignoring us until we paid. After we had paid,she said nothing and handed us our spoons and despite sitting down, we didnt stay long as pretty much everything was sticky andhad fingerprints everywhere. I really hope that she was just having an off day and doesnt usually treat customers this way butthis situation was so off-putting that I felt it needed to be brought to the owners attention, as this shouldn't be the kind ofbehavior that reflects upon their business. Definitely a place that makes you feel not welcomed and out of place like you don?t belong there when it?s your first time and a... it is lot of people there. I just walked out and left without ordering myself or my coworkers orders . I?d rather go somewhereelse that I feel welcomed . I definitely won?t be returning . Yogurt is always good, little on the pricey side. Need to add more flavors and have sample cups.
Their product is always good but their customer service is horrible!! Why would you tip them if you get everything!? Because... they showed up to work!!!??? Read more
