Male employee answered the phone and said ?please hold and if you want to order, then order on line. He hung up on me. I tried... three times and got the same response. I tried the store at 31 and Memorial. A female was the one who answered and she told me21 and Garnett was my area. I questioned her but she assured me that was the right store for delivery. I called 21 and Garnettand they sent me back to Harvard. This time a female answered. She took the order and it was correct. You need better customerservice. Read more
Waited an hour and still don?t have our pizza. You call, they ask you to hold, put the phone down, and never pick it up again.... They don?t even bother putting you on hold. They simply lay the phone down so all you hear is background noise. Read more
My delivery driver had to go get change for my payment, and when he gave me the change back I did not realize until he was gone... that he had pocketed on his own a FAR bigger tip than I had planned to give him! I ordered a pizza and wings right before closing and after an hour of waiting I realized they took my money and my tip money and... never made my pizza. When I tried to call the store an hour later the first time they hung up on me and the second time theynever picked up the phone. Ordered my pizza hour and a half ago, never once was told they have NO delivery drivers and that they couldn?t find a door... dasher to deliver me my food.
