Menu for Pop in Boba Tea in Broken Arrow, OK

First of all I love this place there, Boba Tea are Great depending on who makes them. Their Spring rolls are good. But their... RAMEN >:( False advertisement. What I got was instant noodle with no soup, and microwave eggs. Nothing like the Flyer on thewall. I support locals but felt cheated by the Flyer on the wall. I tried posting on their facebook page reviews but I got a notification it was removed!!! My sister posted her experience on... Facebook, and I find this disgusting! These employees didn't show a shred of human decency! Instead, they even stepped outsideto gawk and laugh at my precious niece getting sick. Shame on you for not giving a decent apology and addressing this withoutexcuses! It was a half assed apology that stated they were "scared" to give my brother in law a bag. Seriously?! Pathetic!!Over a trash bag!!! This is what my sister posted: As we are driving down the road my Three-year-old daughter gets sick, allover herself and her car seat. We pull over and happen to be right in front of Pop in Boba Tea. We get out and get her changed(we are from Missouri and had stayed the night before so we had some extra clothes) we take the cover off her car seat and myhusband runs inside explains the situation and asks the server if they have a plastic bag or a trash bag for the car seat coverand clothes.... here's the bad experience. The server reaches down to pick up a bag (my husband can see the bags at her feet)and the other employee pipes up and says "no we don't have any" the other server already reaching for the bags turns and looksat her... the other lady says "no they can't have one". My husband leaves. The lady and three other people come out look at usand walk off laughing. I go in the store next door and get a bag and then the lovely lady at the car wash on the other side letus spray off the floor mats after witnessing this. This experience alone has told me EVERYTHING I need to know about thisbusiness. They were not only rude but very inconsiderate. That trash bag literally would have cost them pennies to give, I am amanager and I find this ridiculous, not giving it would have been fine but we weren't even able to go in and wash her or ourhands bc of their rudeness. The owner has a kid cooking on an electric stove. I ordered ramen and she used 25 cent instant soup, but they charge costumers... like 4 bucks. Nothing but a runny egg added to the ramen. The soup was lukewarm. Plus, their boba tea is always warm instead ofchilled or frozen smoothie like. I think this place is a ripoff. Read more

They have slushes/smoothies which is a big plus in my book. I always get Taro. Their taro flavor was pretty decent, and the boba... balls were fine as well. Read more
