If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered three things for a total of $55 dollars. Two out of three were COMPLETELY... WRONG. I called the store and asked for a refund for the items that were incorrect, they have no manager on staff because todayis the managers day off. So they were going to have him call me back, he never called me so I drove to the store re with theincorrect food. There were tow employees, the male immediately got upset and said they tried to call me, I showed him my calllog and explained that I wanted to speak with the owner to get this resolved, he yelled at me in front of my four year olddaughter and called me a Karen because I wanted my food either corrected or I wanted my money back. I?m not sure who owns thisstore but you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for allowing your employees to speak to customers this way, and also fornot having a manager on staff to handle situations like this. Your food is not cheap, and when you pay for a meal it should becorrect. I will not be back and I?ll make sure everyone I know hears this story. Teach your employees some respect and how totake responsibility for messing up an order. I just wasn't too impressed I'm sorry but my pizza looked old and crust was too soft
Nothing but great from this place. Best pizza in town and great customer service. Really can't recommend more.
