If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The night staff is the most unprofessional staff to have to deal with if your food is... prepared poorly and they?ll pass blame to the next person. $1 chili cheese cony day. They said it would be a 15 minute wait for chili. I said it was fine I'll wait, after that they just... hung up on me. Tried again said they aren't taking any more orders with chili because they "can't keep up with the orders" as Ihear other peoples orders being taken for chili cheese items. If I could give this sonic zero stars I would. I ordered a meal for two and waited 25 minutes only to see that the reason why my... order hasn?t been brought out to me was because 4 of the employees were too busy smoking weed to do their job properly. Theynoticed me staring at them and I eventually drove off without my meal. The sad part is that it took for me to drive off for themto actually go back inside to do their job.I was told I can get a free meal for my troubles but I don?t ever want to go backever again with my son. If I could not leave a review I would. I did a mobile order today. Just drinks and a couple of sundaes since there was a... special. Waited 30 mts still nothing. Checked in and the gal said we have already brought your order out. If you did we don?thave it. So to me that on you all and need to fix it. The gal didn?t even apologize. We call back she still continues to argueand tell it was brought out. Then tells us it not my problem call corporate to get your money back. Again all we wanted was ourorder. Then call back again and ask to speak to the manager. This same hateful lady tell us she is (Jennifer Swanson) was hername. Again will not help us. We see a carhop guy pass by. Working very hard. We stop him and tell him what?s going on. He(Jesse Alvarado) said I have too am a manager and have only been here 2 weeks. He was super kind and said what can I help youwith. We gave him our order. 5 waters, 1 slush and 4 sundaes. He said I am sorry but we can?t get you a sundae our machine isdown. Tell me how in the world Jennifer Swanson does someone else get our order than if your ice cream machine is down???? 4:20at least Jesse brings us waters. No money back or order made right????
