2 stars because it is good food and coffee. Service ridiculously slow. Even if you think ordering from the app will be faster,... think again. 20 minutes in line last time. This time, once again, out of what i ordered and didn't say anything until I wasthere and would have to wait for something else. Oh and they go ahead and charge for it before you get it and then say 7 to 14days for refund. Can't imagine how long making something else would take given the time it takes when you order ahead. I wonderhow long it will take to get refunded this time. 3 weeks again?!!! No need to comment back to contact "support" Ziggis. Beenthere done that, not even a month ago and still had to wait 3 weeks for resolve which did not come until I posted a bad reviewwhich I should have left then. Read more
Very disappointed. Breakfast sandwiches are always super hard or over cooked to the point that I can?t eat them. They?re so... tough and hard, and they don?t have a working phone so you?ll have to drive way back there to the location if something iswrong. I?m definitely going to stop ordering at this place. The coffee is good as well as the customer service, but breakfastsandwich and getting in contact with someone SUCKSSSS. Read more
